We strive to provide your 100% total satisfaction with our products and service. There is a 30 day product quality warranty on all products sold on this or our other website channels. Due to the nature of the products sold we cannot warranty products which have already been used extensively, as in physically damaged from being thrown against a tree, on pavement...etc. Our warranty is limited to the cost of the products only, as noted on your invoice from us (the amount you actually paid us for the product itself). All of our products are warrantied for the cost of the products only or replacement products of the same item (whichever you prefer). There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here. Please remember that Shipping cost are not refundable.
If you wish to return a product for any reason, contact our Customer Service department at 760-295-6456 ( We are open between 12 Noon to 5PM Monday-Friday ) for a return authorization number. This is intended to help us know who you are when a package is coming in, make sure it was purchased from us originally and explore the possibility of resolving the problem over the phone first.
The product needs to be eligible for a return before a return authorization number can be given. We will not accept returns without an authorized return number from boomerangs.com.

(a) If you are requesting a refund, or product exchange, you must contact us within 30 days from the original date of the order. Our warranty period is 30 days from the time the order was placed. No returns will be accepted without Boomerangs.com's approval.
(b). We cannot accept product returns for items damaged by the user or items purchased from other retailers. If requesting a refund, please enclose all promotional items that were included with your order. Please enclose a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase if it is available.
(c) After you receive a return authorization number please write that number on the outside of the package under our shipping address. Please do not write any other correspondence to us on the outside of the box.
(d) If you are returning an unneeded or wrongly ordered product, it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any canceled order.
(e) Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. We take every step possible to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt of returned items. Please note that credit card companies typically take 72 hours for a credit to show on your credit card statement.
(f) No refund or replacement item will be issued without the original item being returned first. If you need a replacement in a hurry we can process a separate order to get it to you quickly but we will charge for that order and credit you for your items when they are returned.
